What we can't help with
We are an independent website and have no access to the E-Way Bill System. We can't reset passwords, unblock accounts, generate or cancel e-way bills, or check the status of your GSTIN.
- For account or portal issues, use the helpdesk and grievance options on the official portal: ewaybillgst.gov.in (opens official site in a new tab).
- For GST registration changes, such as updating your registered mobile number, use the GST common portal (opens official site in a new tab).
Never email us your username, password, OTP or other confidential tax details. We will never ask for them, and nobody genuine will either.
Response times
We aim to reply to correction requests within a few working days. When a correction is confirmed, we update the page and its “last reviewed” date.
